Submissions

We welcome submissions of fiction and non-fiction in most genres and categories, for adults and all younger age groups.  Please email a brief outline of your work and the opening three chapters (10,000 words or so) to us at [email protected].  In the case of fiction, and if you are an unpublished author, it is best you get in touch when you have completed your manuscript.

We read and consider every submission – usually within a few weeks of receiving it – but receive so many that regretfully we cannot respond to all.

We do not accept:

~ submissions by post

~ submissions from authors based outside the UK

~ plays, screenplays, poetry or ‘self-help’ non-fiction

~ picture books for children
