Alan Glynn is the author of six novels, The Dark Fields (also published as Limitless), Winterland, Bloodland (winner of the Ireland AM Irish Crime Fiction Book of the Year Award 2011), Graveland, Paradime and, most recently, Receptor, published in 2019.
A major movie of Limitless starring Robert De Niro, Bradley Cooper, Elizabeth Banks and Anna Friel was released in early 2011, and was followed by a spin-off television series.
