Andy’s first book, The Boy Who Grew Dragons, was published by Piccadilly Press in 2018 is published in 17 languages and has sold over 500,000 copies. It was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize and the Sheffield Book Prize and longlisted for the Blue Peter Prize
It was followed by The Boy Who Lived with Dragons (2018), The Boy Who Flew with Dragons (2019), The Boy Who Dreamed of Dragons (2020), The Boy Who Sang with Dragons (2021) and The Ultimate Guide To Growing Dragons (2022).
Andy’s eagerly awaited first picture book, The Boy Who Grew a Christmas Dragon is coming out in 2026. It captures all the magic and mayhem of The Boy Who Grew Dragons now for a younger audience.
Andy lives in Cambridgeshire with her husband and two sons.
