Mike Phillips


Mike Phillips is the author of highly acclaimed crime novels including Blood Rights, which was adapted for BBC television, The Late Candidate, winner of the Crime Writers’ Association Silver Dagger for Fiction, An Image to Die For and The Dancing Face, reissued in 2021 on Penguin’s Black Britain list, curated by Bernardine Evaristo.
Television adaptations of his novels, Blood Rights and The Dancing Face, are currently in development.
Mike also co-wrote Windrush: The Irresistible Rise of Multi-racial Britain.
